Ian Paice, the drummer for over 40 years with classic rock band Deep Purple, has offered his support to the London International Music Show (LIMS). To coincide with the show a 22" Paiste 2002 ride cymbal (Ian´s favourite model) has been donated for auction by Thames Valley drum store DrumWright, working in partnership with the UK distributors for Paiste, Korg Mapex.
The prospective bidders can place ‘blind´ sealed bids on the Korg-Mapex stand at the show which, as you should know by now, runs at the Excel Centre in Docklands between 11 - 14 June (and is open to the public on 13 and 14 June).
The successful bidder will be offered the opportunity to meet Ian at a mutually agreed future date to be presented with the cymbal, and have a personal dedication written on it. Ian has also generously offered to throw in a couple of pairs of signed sticks and a signed DVD.
So, what are you waiting for? Get yourself to the Korg stand (F20) and place your bid!
Win a Paiste cymbal and the chance to meet Ian Paice at LIMS!
