Massive 'British Music Experience' To Open In London Next Month
An enormous interactive exhibition is to open at London's 02 next month allowing visitors to be part of an amazing virtual music experience.
The British Music Experience opens on 9 March and takes up the entire top floor of the venue, featuring cutting edge audio-visual technology and the coveted music memorabilia including Noel Gallagher´s Epiphone Union Jack guitar.
Inside, Gibson Guitars will have its own interactive studio where visitors can play on Gibson and Epiphone guitars and drums. Step-by-step video guitar tuition with artists such as The The Magic Numbers, Amy MacDonald and KT Tunstall will also be available.
There will also be a full public and educational programme with workshops, lectures, master-classes and concerts.
Over 100 artists feature in the exhibition from The Beatles to Iron Maiden and David Bowie to Motorhead, with in depth looks at musical genres from Skiffle to Reggae, Rock 'n' Roll to Blues and Punk to Urban.
Traditional tickets will be replaced by a Smarticket allowing visitors to activate the interactive elements of the exhibition and access free downloads.
