Who's the greatest?
There's still time for you to influence the result of the KVR Developer Challenge. To recap, the organisers asked developers to create a brand-new (and free) plug-in or application that would benefit "the community at large". They received 31 entries, and you can vote for your favourite here. Hurry up though - voting closes on October 31.
Staying on the competitive theme, Reason 3 users should note that Propellerhead's Big Sounds Championships are now open. The closing date for the Best Bass category has passed, sadly, but The Props still want you to send them your Big Lead, Big Pad and Plain Huge sounds. These should take the form of Combinator patches - click here for all the details.
And remember - anyone who tells you that 'the winning' isn't important is clearly a loser.
