Slash has given TG a backstage pass to his LA studio and exclusive details of the second solo album, due for release in April 2012.

Slash has announced that he is due to appear in animated form in the forthcoming 'Phineas And Ferb Movie: Across The 2nd Dimension' and that he's recorded a song for the soundtrack.

The promotional machine surrounding Slash's second solo album 'Apocalyptic Love' (due 22 May) is warming up as the guitarist announces plans to present six shows on Radio 2 this April.

The second solo album from Slash is due out on 22 May in the UK and, as was the case with his previous record, will be released exclusively in 'fan pack' format via our sister magazine Classic Rock.
