Get riffing with Haynes and win a Gibson Les Paul!
Get riffing - time is running out to get your entry in!
Publishing legend Haynes and Gibson UK are collaborating on a special competition to celebrate the launch of the Haynes Gibson Les Paul Manual.
To enter players must compose an original riff and upload it as a music file to the Haynes microsite at www.haynes.co.uk/gibson
The process is dead easy, and you can win a Les Paul - so what are you waiting for?
The Haynes Gibson Les Paul manual - written by guitar expert Paul Balmer - comes in the wake of the successful Haynes' Strat manual and offers insight on how to identify different models, maintain and set up the legendary Gibson model.
Balmer and Guitarist editor Mick Taylor will judge the entries for the competition. The first prize will be a Gibson Les Paul guitar, two tickets to Music Live (taking place at Birmingham NEC in November) and a signed copy of the Haynes Gibson Les Paul Manual. The lucky winner will receive their prizes on the Gibson stand at Music Live where they will perform their winning riff.
In addition, the first 20 online entrants to the competition at www.haynes.co.uk/gibson made after the opening date of Monday 8 September will each receive a signed copy of the Haynes Gibson Les Paul Manual when it is published later this year.
