Issue 150: Chris Adler notation error...

The more observant of you may have noticed that in Jason Bowld's Metal Lesson this month (Issue 150 - Chris Adler, page 81) we've cleverly run the same notation for examples two and three. Thankfully our attention was drawn to the error so we have posted the correct notation below.
