Have an indie Christmas with band baubles
Hang Bright Eyes and Black Lips on your tree

Last year, a bunch of cool bands including Wolf Parade, Band Of Horses, Of Montreal and Deerhunter signed-up with Glass Casters Union to make and sell limited edition Christmas ornaments for charity. This year it's happening again with more cool bands: Bright Eyes, Black Lips, Iron And Wine, The Thermals and Built To Spill.
All the glass decorations are available on eBay, some of which are limited to just 35 pieces. You can buy a few instantly for around $10 or enter a bidding war for the rest. All proceeds go to help homeless and low-income families in Eugene, Oregon so don't be a scrooge.
