Nirvana's legendary 1993 MTV Unplugged performance is being released at long last on DVD
Nirvana's legendary MTV Unplugged performance of 18th November 1993 is being released at long last on DVD.
'MTV Unplugged in New York' was released on CD in November 1994, the first Nirvana product to appear following Kurt Cobain's suicide that April.
Like the CD, the DVD will include the songs 'Something In The Way' and 'Oh Me', which did not appear on the original MTV broadcast. The DVD also sports four tracks from the band's soundcheck and previously unreleased behind-the-scenes footage.
