Marc Bolan: a celebration
This month marks the 30th anniversary of the death of the legendary glam rocker, Marc Bolan, and to celebrate the life and music of the T.Rex frontman the Marc Bolan T.Rex Greatest Hits album will be released on 10 September. The two-disc collection features classic hits such as 20th Century Boy, Get It On and Ride A White Swan - check out these links for some vintage footage of the ‘Electric Warrior´ in action:

There is also a special concert at Shepherds Bush Empire on 15 September, the eve of Marc Bolan´s death. Expect to see Marc Almond, Tony Visconti and TRextasy, with proceeds from the concert being split between the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy and the PRS Members Fund.
