Is Jimi Hendrix TG’s Greatest Cover Star?
We want your opinion on the big issues
Total Guitar is fast approaching its 200th issue and to celebrate we´re running a poll over on
to find out who you think is our greatest ever cover star.
Each of the cover stars selected have graced the front of TG´s best-selling issues and there´s a strong case for each of the nominees. For instance, Metallica are appearing around Europe as part of “The Big Four” this summer, Slash is about to release his star-studded solo album (and a wealth of signature gear) and Bullet For My Valentine are also fresh from the studio with their new effort.
On the other hand, Jimi Hendrix´s reputation has been renewed with the release of the ‘Valleys Of Neptune´ (check out MR´s
review of the new Jimi Hendrix album
) and he can never be completely ruled out.
