BIMM To Open New Branch In Bristol

Brighton´s Institute Of Modern Music will be opening a brand new college as of September 2008 - in Bristol.
The Bristol chapter aims to feature the same awesome facilities and teaching as the Institute´s Brighton headquarters 165 miles away - to provide musicians with the tools to get ahead in the music industry. It will be headed up by none other than TG´s resident industry expert, Pitchshifter and This Is Menace head honcho Mark Clayden.
The roll call of BIMM alumni speaks for itself with students now playing some of the UK´s hottest new bands like This Is Menace, The Ghost Of A Thousand, The Kooks, The Ordinary Boys and Rooster. Thousands of ex-students are also spread out across the music industry working for record labels, management companies and as touring musicians.
The Bristol Institute will also be running the Certificate Diploma and Professional Diploma courses for guitarists, bassists, drummers, vocalists and songwriters, with a roster of experienced tutors who´ve sold millions of albums, signed to major labels, had chart hits and toured the world at stadium level!

The Brighton and Bristol Institutes of Modern Music run a vast range of full time courses and currently have over 750 students. For information call 01273 626666 or visit www.bimm.co.uk
