SWR's Redhead is revamped for its 20th anniversary

2008 marks the 20th anniversary of one of the most influential bass combos of modern times, the SWR Redhead. And to mark the occasion, SWR have redesigned the combo for launch at NAMM 2008.

The original Redhead delivers 350 watts (450 watts with extension cab) via a 2x10 enclosure. It features SWR's renowned tube preamp with Aural Enhancer, a 3-band active EQ with variable midrange, pull turbo (ultra-low) and transparency (ultra-high) controls and much more.

SWR are promising "innovative and attractive new features" on the 2008 Redhead, as well as the cosmetic overhaul you can see here. Full details will be revealed on 17 January 2008. For more information, visit the official SWR website.
