IK Multimedia's iRig Stream audio streaming interface has been hugely valuable allowing everyone to achieve great results easily. Building on the success of this, IK has just released two new models to the range...

iRig Stream Solo

iRig Stream Solo is an easy-to-use audio interface for iPhone*, iPad and Android that lets you connect up to 3 separate sources and mix them into your stream. Connect mixers or keyboards, earbuds or iRig mics, or even audio playing right on your device and mix them together into a signal that’s optimized for streaming and sent straight to your favourite apps.

* May require the use of Apple's Lightning to 3.5 mm Headphone Jack Adapter (TRRS).

Plug in all your gear

2 line-level RCA inputs are perfect to connect DJ and multi-channel mixers, but are also great for keyboards, synth and drum machine setups, and more. Whether you’re looking to stream your DJ set, record band practice, jam along with songs, or even host a podcast, iRig Stream Solo lets you connect a massive range of gear.

Designed for apps

If you’ve ever tried streaming or sharing audio on social media, you’ll know many apps only support mono signals - so iRig Stream Solo sums everything together to a single channel, ensuring you won’t lose anything panned to one side.

iRig Stream Pro

The even more advanced iRig Stream Pro takes your podcasting and streaming to an all-new level. It is a 24-bit, 96 kHz audio interface for iPhone, iPad, Android and Mac/PC offering an XLR mic preamp, stereo RCA, TRRS and device inputs (loopback) - plus advanced routing, convenient controls and total portability.

Mix and stream up to 4 audio sources

Connect your studio microphone or guitar via the XLR / 1/4” combo jack, mix in DJ decks or a keyboard via the stereo RCA inputs, then connect your earbuds to listen back and for a bonus mic/line input. You can even feed in the output of your smartphone, tablet or laptop and sing or jam along.

A unique headphone/microphone jack is wired just like your smartphone so you can listen and talk over the stereo input simultaneously.

Each input has its own independent volume control and is then mixed down to your choice of stereo or 4 channels to stream, process or record into all your favourite apps.

Stereo or multichannel? You get both!

iRig Stream Pro offers 2 modes: stereo or multichannel. By default, iRig Stream Pro operates in stereo mode and pre-mixes multiple sources of audio (RCA stereo inputs (+ Loopback), XLR / 1/4” combo input and TRRS microphone) down to a stereo track, which is sent to your choice of streaming apps like Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, etc.

Switching to multichannel mode, the combo and TRRS inputs are routed to channels 3 and 4 respectively giving you 4 channels of audio to send to recording apps such as GarageBand or your  DAW.

Now you can use these apps on your iOS or Android device as a front-end processor for all streaming apps. Switching to multichannel mode, the combo and TRRS inputs are routed to channels 3 and 4 respectively giving you 4 channels of audio to send to recording apps such as GarageBand or your DAW.
