If you’re a musician, you’ll almost certainly have heard of NEUTRIK, a market leader in the world of audio connectors. In fact, there’s a good chance that you’ve got one or more of its combo jacks on your audio interface.

Now Neutrik Group is expanding its offering with the relaunch of REAN, which will serve as a second global brand for the company.

REAN is set to become a key player in the audio, video and lighting industries, offering connectors that are reliable, robust and have unrivalled cost-performance ratios. These products will be supported by a truly global supply chain and experienced regional sales network.

The REAN range covers all the standard pro connectors, including XLR, 1/4-inch Jack, XLR/Jack combo, Ethernet, Power Connector, 3.5mm, Phono, DIN, and Dual Banana plug solutions.

For those working outdoors, there are also the new Z Series IP65-rated XLR and RJ45 Ethernet connectors. Designed to be resistant to both water and dirt, these are optimised for use in lighting and digital signage applications.

Explaining the expansion, Neutrik Group CEO Chad Trevithick said: “REAN enables the group to bring its engineering experience and expertise to focus on a new, much broader client base, enabling those customers to more readily specify quality connectors across a much wider range of product designs, offering the end user a performance connectivity solution, industry trusted and globally supported.”

REAN is hitting the ground running with product available right now, and its range is set to expand over the course of the year. So, whether you’re a musician, retailer, distributor or manufacturer, it’s a name you’re going to be hearing a lot about.
