Just last month we were telling you about Roland's Micro Cube RX guitar amplifier, and now they've come up with a combo amp that packs power in a size you can take just about anywhere.

Roland promises that their new Mobile Cube combo amp delivers big -- and that's saying something considering its ultra-portable size (11.06" x 4.25" x 7"). The Cube can be utlized as an instrument amp or as a speaker, and it includes some pretty hip features.

With two four-inch speakers, the amp puts out five watts of stereo power. There's mic, instrument and aux inputs, built-in effects (reverb, chorus, distortion), a center cancel function to sing or play along with your favorite music (we call that karaoke), an easy-carrying strap and 15 hours of continuous playing with battery power.

Looks like a great amp for those who need a small box for practice at home, for small shows at clubs, or for use with an MP3 player. The price and availability of the Roland Mobile Cube Combo Amp have not been announced yet, but for more information, visit the Roland website.
