AC/DC to make 'fancy dress return' at Reading Festival

Angus...or a very good imposter?
Angus...or a very good imposter?

Here at MusicRadar, we don schoolboy garb all the time. But if you dress like the ultimate schoolboy, AC/DC guitarist Angus Young, at the upcoming Reading Festival, you just might win a pretty darned cool prize.

AC/DC are giving fans the chance to watch an exclusive one-off performance by the band, but they must dress up as their guitarist Angus Young. (Again, we do it all the time!)

Revellers at the Reading Festival (August 22-24) have been asked to don 'fancy dress' to look like the Aussie axeman and have their photo taken in front of one of two billboards, which will be erected at the event. The pix should be uploaded to Acdcrocks.com/uk for consideration.

The best "Angus" will win a two-person trip to the US to see the band perform the exclusive gig. The worst "Augus" will win a lifetime of shame and scorn.

AC/DC will release their new record, Black Ice, on October 21 and will then embark on a world tour. The last time they toured was in 2000, after issuing the Stiff Upper Lip album.
