Mark Richardson leaves Feeder...

for Skunk Anansie!

Following yesterday's news that Mark Richardson will be performing on the Sunday of Drummer Live this year we can now also report that he has officially parted ways with Feeder to focus on the reformed Skunk Anansie.

A statement on www.feederweb.com says:

Feeder have decided to end their partnership with Mark Richardson after seven years.  We wish Mark every success in the future.

Mark would like to express his gratitude to the band and especially to all the fans who made the experience so enjoyable.

Feeders recently advertised August festivals will not be affected.

In all honesty Mark did a great job keeping Feeder's pulse thumping but we can't wait to see what Skunk's future plans are. Although there's little activity over at www.skunkanansie.net, a handful of low-key shows and whispers of new material suggest that things are starting to stir in the Skunk camp. Stay tuned for updates!
