NAMM 2007 Highlights: Vox

That finest of British companies, Vox, is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2007, and they’ve unveiled a spread of new products at the California’s NAMM trade show (Jan 18-21).

Two of the highlights are:

V847-A Wah-Wah pedal – this is an enhanced version of the original pedal developed by Vox in the 1960s with AC power capability and a buffered input jack for preserving tone when the pedal is not engaged. It’s available from April 2007 with pricing TBC.

ToneLab LE – this is a new amp and FX floor processor delivering 16 amp sounds (with 40 presets for each amp model) and a load of FX such as analog chorus, rotary speaker, vintage delay/echo, fuzz, overdrive, distortion and more. Putting the versatility of a ValveTronix at your feet, it’s out in February at $700, with UK prices TBC.
