When it comes to getting funky, few instruments can rival the groove-enhancing sound of the clavinet.

This multisampled instrument from Puremagnetik takes the sound of the Hohner Clavinet Model C (the same model as used on Stevie Wonder's 'Superstition') and delivers it in digital form for Live, Logic and Kontakt.

The instrument features such niceties as stereo width, wah controls and tremolo, and it's pretty easy to get a wide range of sounds from the beast, including sharp, funky notes with plenty of attack, and atmospheric tremolo-tastic chords. Great stuff.
