Digidesign and M-Audio have announced two new all-in-one bundles that contain everything users need to get started in home recording, including Pro Tools LE and M-Box, a condenser microphone and active monitor speakers.

The two companies have promised savings of up to £390 when buying a bundle compared to purchasing of all of the components individually.

The Pro Tools Music Creation Studio is the more expensive of the two bundles. It features:


- M Box 2 factory with Pro Tools LE 7.4 and over £600 worth of Digidesign and Bomb Factory plug-ins
- M-Audio Nova condenser mic
- Studiophile AV40 nearfield active monitors
- M-Audio Axiom 25-key USB MIDI keyboard
- Sample player Structure LE
- Xpand! sample-playback/synthesis workstation plug-in
- Velvet, a virtual electric piano instrument

The cheaper Pro Tools Personal Studio bundle comprises:


- M Box Mini audio interface with Pro Tools LE 7.4
- M-Audio Nova condenser mic
- Studiophile AV40 nearfield active monitors
- Sample player Structure LE
- Xpand! sample-playback/synthesis workstation plug-in

Cables to connect up the hardware are also included with both packages.

The bundles ship in Q1 2008 and RRPs are £575 for the Pro Tools Music Creation Studio and £317 for the Pro Tools Personal Studio.
