Wanna hear the new album by The Hold Steady, Stay Positive, and not have to pay a thing? Of course you do.Well, if you visit the band's MySpace page, you can check it out in its entirety.

Since releasing their 2004 debut album, Almost Killed Me, Brooklyn's The Hold Steady built quite a buzz. Their 2006 release, Boys And Girls In America, was a hands-down winner. That year, the group graced the cover of the Village Voice (the first band in 15 years to do so) and earned them Blender magazine's title of Band Of The Year.

Stay Positive was recorded earlier this year in New York and New Jersey under the guidance of producer John Agnello. Guitarist and singer Craig Finn believes that the album "captures a band hitting its creative peak."

After one listen, we won't argue.
