As a member of both Jefferson Airplane and Hot Tuna, Jack Casady has influenced bassists for five decades. And now he's got his own bass cabinet from Aguilar Amplification.

Casady helped design the DB 285 JC (nicknamed the "Little Jack") as he was intent on producing a portable cabinet that would reproduce the dynamics and articulation in his playing - the deep bass, accurate midrange, and smooth treble.

Specs include:

Speaker compliment: Two 8-inch cast frame woofers, one 6.5-inch midrange driver

Power handling: 300 watts RMS

Impedance: four ohms

Frequency response: 40 Hz - 5 kHz

Sensitivity: 95 dB 1W 1M

Dimensions: 24 x 11.5 x 14.5 inches

Weight: 50 lbs.

Optional: Padded Cabinet Cover

Looks pretty snazzy, we must admit. For more information, such as pricing, visit the official Aguilar Amplification website.
