Meinl introduces The Drum Rug

German cymbal-smiths and percussion giants Meinl has introduced The Drum Rug. It replaces the old piece of carpet traditionally used to protect your drum kit from the stage.
The Drum Rug measures 160cm x 200cm, has a rubber bottom to prevent slippage, comes with a bag for "comfortable transportation," and costs $130.
It also features in a Zebra Finish, hence the Def Leppard connection. You know, Leppard (you know, leopard) kills zebra, skins it, uses it for a rug? Never mind…
