I agree with Treznor about the mix up with the specs, but overall this is a great guitar. I bought my first one a couple of years ago and changed the standard IBZ pickups for 'F' spaced Dimarzio Evolution 2's and dropped the tuning to Eb, this gives the guitar great overall tone and high end harmonics. My second one I bought last year and changed the pickups to Dimarzio 'F' spaced breeds which have a really ballsy low end and a cutting adge when overdriven. The only thing I would advise is to try and get a 2002 model as the earlier ones have typical floyd rose tremolo's which come loose very easy and you tend to spend most of your time tightening the locking screw. Later models have the newer edge pro 2 system which are ok but the tremolo arm tends to work itself loose, which can be sorted by purchaing a grub screw and fitting it to the base of the arm. In my opinion the 2002 model has the best tremolo system, sturdy and flexible. The model year can be found in the serial number on the back of the headstock.
Just looking at the spec and a few points seem to jump out at me...
1. Bolt on Neck: No... The neck IS bolted on.
2. Cutaway: No... Yes, there are 2 of them. One above and one below.
3. Pickup Switching: Bridge/Middle/Neck... There's no middle pickup... Although I hold my hand up and admit that the Middle option COULD be explained as a combination of the bridge and neck pickups.
4. Tremelo: No... Yes it does
