The bottom line
Even for non-Bonhams, the Stainless Steel set is more user-friendly than its shell material and sizes might suggest. That said, it really only works as a functioning kit for a narrow section of the drumming populace, for the simple reason that it's huge and isn't massively versatile. But as a piece of drum-making and drum history, it's wonderful.
