Justice respond to 'unplugged' controversy by posting more pictures
Justice have attempted to kill off speculation that they used an Akai drum pad live without it being plugged in by posting more photos on their MySpace page.
As MusicRadar previously reported, a picture of the band using an Akai MPD24 controller without a USB cable being connected was doing the rounds on the internet. However, the new 'before and after' shots seem to back up Gaspard Augé's claim that it simply fell out during their performance.
If you click in the gallery above, you'll see the three pics at the centre of the furore: these show the cable plugged in, not plugged in and then re-plugged.
This controversy seems unlikely to do Justice's career much harm – indeed, the fact that they're now using the 'unplugged' shot as their main MySpace image suggests that they're revelling in it.
And you know what they say about there being no such thing as bad publicity.
