It made me think, it would be really cool to have a guitarist big brother house, with loads of legends sitting around jamming, then going into the diary room to bitch about each other and give lessons to camera.

"Hello Guthrie, how's life in the house?"

"It's OK Big Brother, except last night Martin Taylor made beans on toast for himself, and he didn't make any for anyone else, it was out of order. Here's the indian pentatonic scale...."
haha...that would be brilliant, it would make great entertainment...

No requests for feedback either. I had wondered if it counts as spam though.......

Not from my point of view - it's entirely noncommercial as far as I can see.

If you think it should be looked into then use the report button and the admins can decide.

Now it's all in one thread it doesn't bother me at all.

Meh *shrugs* it's not a problem ( for me at least ). I had occasionally wondered what the point of posting your own videos and not taking part in any other part of the forum was. Each to their own I guess.............

There's a similar chap on uk.music.guitar - back in the 70s, it seems, he went by the stage name of "Beau", and was on John Peel's Dandelion label. Every single post he's ever made on the newsgroup has been a link to one of his old songs, posted on Youtube, and with copious explanations and descriptions. But he never joins in any other threads or responds to sarcasm from the other people...

It's presumably because he spends all day trawling the web and newsgroups posting links to his videos.

It's the music/internet equivalent of a street preacher, just shouting the contents of his one-track mind into the masses, all of whom will register a passing interest in him for about 3 seconds as they walk by, then not care.

Youtube validates this minimal interest of strangers with "hits" and "subscribers", which I think gives the obsessive much more to hang on to. It's genuinely worrying to me. This Cefobe guy's life could be in complete ruins for all I know, because of his mundane, pointless addiction.

Before he finally left this forum, I would like to dedicate a nice video, which will surely like it, because it reminds your playing the guitar and also remember your colony

Goodbye forever
