Default Reverb Gone In Leicester.

Suspected this was going to happen sooner or later, as their stock was decreasing week by week.
Have any other of the shops gone?
I'd be wary of ordering anything from them, if anyone's thinking about it.

Once again:

Reverb are a receivership company formed to liquidate the stock of Sound Control/Turnkey. I know their shops and site look flashy, but they are simply a 'closing down sale' shop and can't be trusted.

When it was Sound Pad and Carlsbro, it was the shop to go to (apart from the marvelous Humbuckers).

The one in birmingham is'nt gone yet, but its going down the pan. I hav'nt been in for ages because it seems everytime I go in they have less and less stock. PMT is the other side of town anyway, and they have more better stock and the staff are freindlier and more helpful.

not really, the one at Birmingham has some pretty new stuff coming in. Plenty of LesPauls and load of Epiphones. I'm surprised they had newer stocks in before PMT but most would be sold out by then.

Glad I didn't get the job I applied for there now!

I'd had my suspicions for a while. Whenever a Gibson/Fender/Mesa/Marshall sold it was replaced by and Epi/Squire/Line6 or whatever. The parent company were using it to recoup losses and the only new stock was stuff that could be easily shifted elsewhere.

I wouldn't buy anything more than a set of strings from them and would warn anyoneone against paying up front for anything that isn't in stock, either online or in store. Remember warranties wont be honoured either.
