Default Heartwarming football story......

The next time you hear about how upset Ashley Cole is because he's only earning £150k per week, or how Adebayor sprints 120 yards to goad the people that payed his over inflated wages for 2 years, read this......

The Football League has SO much more class than the circus that is the premiership.

Saw that yesterday, fantastic piece of charity and terrific attitude from the club and fans!

Great story... worth repeating every time the media choose to focus on the tiny minority of disruptive idiots.

Fantastic story.

I'm pretty sure there's a striker in one of the lower divisions (League 2 probably) who is still playing despite battling leukaemia himself. He scores pretty regularly and is a fans favourite. Unless I misheard and it was about this guy.

Not lower division, but the one who just sprang to my mind is Ivan Klasnic, who has had two kidney transplants.
