Default Monkey Island Remake

Surprised this hasn't been posted yet. Along with a bunch of new Monkey Island games coming out, there has also been a remake of the first one: The Secret of Monkey Island

http://www.lucasarts.com/games/monkeyisland/

The whole thing has been made as a copy of the original, albeit with voices and new graphics. You can switch back and forth between the original and the remake with a button press (think it's F10).

It's available on Steam. I haven't bought it yet but my housemate has and it looks great.

It's also out on the 360 too. I downloaded it last week (it's 800 points)

Really really love it but I tend to just play it in the classic mode. The voicework is good but I'm not super keen on the new graphics. It's cool you can toggle between them with the back button though

Such a great game

"You fight like a diary farmer"
"How appropriate, you fight like a cow"

I don't think you can combine the new voicework with the classic graphics can you?

Funny thing is, I always remembered the first one as being voiced. Strange.

I will endeavour once I've finished A Vampyre Story. Looking forward to it.

Bad music for bad people.

I struggled with that. And then gave up. I have Jack Keane still shrinkwrapped.

The Penny Arcade adventures, on the other hand, are brilliant.
