I often cross over from late 70's into early 80's pop, when I D.J., but I was wondering if I was missing some gems?
They need to be catchy, so people will get off their arses and dance! Could you give me some suggestions? Cheers! (Not thinking: Wham or Culture Club, more like: Cure or Teardrop Explodes) |

12" version of "Homosapien" by Pete Shelley.
Gina X, "No GDM" Black Slate, "Boom Boom" The Decorators, "Strange One" All really good. Thank John Peel if you like 'em. Half the quality stuff in my record collection from that period was thanks to him ![]() |

Thanks for those suggestions.
Never heard of The Decorators or Gina X. I'll have to check them out. |
