Check out Paco de Lucia. An old favourite of mine is "Entre Dos Aguas"; Paco de Lucia y Ramon de Aleciras is another. I think it's called dos guitarras flamencas en america latina. Then there's Tomatito

From another angle there's Manitos de Plata, he's a bit of a poseur not much duende there.

Bit more "modern" might be Gypsy Kings, French guys.

Paco de Lucia is good.

Also check out Paco Pena and Juan Martin.

Juan Martin is based in London and does a lot of UK shows.
