Hi pedal lovers,
EHX sent us a POG 2 so we've knocked together this video demo. For those who've never met a Polyphonic Octave Generator, it's a multiple octave pedal which can track more than one note (even chords) with pretty much zero glitching. It's also got some pretty tasty effects. Check it out! Chris

Looks good, although having bought a HOG this year, I hope they aren't about to make a HOG 2.

Yeah, I was really impressed with it. The presets functions looks the most useful, and it works really well (the preset button cycles through options 1 - 8, the bypass button switches on and off - simple).
Compared to the POG and the mini POG, it seems to track better, too - could notice any glitching even with chords with tight clusters of notes at low input volumes. I don't know if EHX have changed the tracking technology - maybe it's just me... It does make you wonder about a possible HOG 2 as well. We've heard nothing yet, although if we do we'll let you know (as soon as we're allowed to!).

It would have been good (for me anyway) if they had included two outputs for dry and wet like you get with the Micro POG. Still, a cool pedal.
