Default Anyone heard of V Amp? Not Behringer

I found an old photo of my gear as it was around 1986. I had a Vantage Strat copy and something called a V Amp VR60 Lead (from what I can make out). I got the amp at an auction in Bedford. I think the company went bust and all their stock was sold off there.

I sold it about 15 years ago for not much money when I was having a clear out. To be honest I don't remember if it sounded any good, but it was my first proper amp after the crappy 10W thing I got when I bought the guitar.

I'm just curious to know if anyone knows anything about the company. I've not managed to find anything on-line.

Picture here. Can't seem to embed

Looks familiar-and similar to the KMD amp I had around the same time. Can't find anything on the web though.

That's a cool site. Maybe I should email them my picture. Glad to see they also cover 'rums'

We get used to being able to find anything via Google, so it's interesting to find you had something that isn't on-line.
