Default Fitness games on the Wii

My missus came back from the shop today all excited, carrying a Wii Fit bundle.
After a couple hours with it she is super disappointed! Not to mention pissed off at spending £200 on the thing.

Wii Fit seems not to be her thing, I think she feels patronised by it or something
Can anyone recommend any other fitness games for the thing that might actually get your heart going and whatnot?

Why? Does it scream at her to get off everytime she stands on it? LOL.

You have to play it for a while to unlock the less basic stuff.

Tell her to stick with it and it'll come good eventually.

Try this (seriously ). I did it with my niece for about 10 minutes and was nearly shitting blood by the end.

+1, Ana bought one a few weeks back and she's getting on ok now she's unlocked some of the less basic stuff. The long jog certainly is worth a go.

Got that, it's pretty cool.

Also got 'My fitness coach' which is pretty good, although I aggravated an old calf injury and can't walk properly at the moment.

Kids really love the ski and snowboard stuff.

It just looks like a gimmick and you can work out for free, waste of money imo but wii sports is good I particularly like the boxing

My missus uses My Fitness Coach, too. It seems good.

I must say Wii Fit was partly responsible for my losing of 3 stone last year, when you use the advance step and long run its a great way to stick to exercise when you have not the time to go out or the confidence to go gym... I couldnt see myself using Wii Fit now, I cycle and do a few weights mainly but Wii Fit is defo responsible for keeping me to a system and helped with goals.

I think Wii Fit is great for fitting a few minutes of exercise in cheaply and easily. It does get better once you've unlocked stuff, as others have said. I'm currently using mine on the days I don't go running, to work on my core muscles - without it, there's no way I'd get around to sorting out my lazy middle! I find it quite motivating....and it told me I'd lost weight this morning, (now at a nice even 9 stone), which is a good enough reason to have it
