This is a long-standing problem for me.
First happened after I fell down a flight of stairs in a flat-block when I was a postie, about 12 years ago, and now I get a twinge any time I lift something slightly askew (which in my current job is often) It's not completely debilitating, but, as anyone who suffers knows full well, it can make your life bloody difficult and something as ordinary as carrying a bag of groceries, strapping on your guitar, or just walking, painful and a real chore. Moan over. |
