My Digitech RP250 is missing a knob. I've emailed Digitech and they don't sell spares outside of the US. I also tried Maplin but they were worse than useless.

Where else can I get a black, plastic knob to fit a D shaped plastic pot?

Some Marshall amps have D shaped pot shafts.
