....an Explorer with neck binding?

I've done a bit of research and found nowt so are there any Gibbo experts who know?

My mate's dad has an Explorer Pro and I'm pretty sure that has a bound neck...

The Explorer pro looks a decent bet. Are the bodies smaller than the standard Explorers?

Yup, 7/8's - very nice little guitars. There were two variants at different years, a maple topped one with block inlays and a mahogany one with dots.....

Yes, and they are lovely. I even placed an order for one with Gibson 3 months (3 frickin months!) before they officially stopped making them. Gibson just cancelled my order.
