Dude
Without wishing to state the obvious I think you're asking a bit much for it. You can get a new studio for less than 600 if you shop around and certainly a second hand one without a neck break. Neck breaks gonna lose you 30-40% on a minter Hope I'm not speaking out of turn. I reckon you'd get more by putting all the original parts back on it and selling all your upgrades separately Tdd |

I agree, way over-priced. you are talking about 400 - 450 for that if you are lucky. the condition lets it down.
To get the most for it, it might be worth stripping it down and selling the expensive replacement parts separately, then replacing them with cheaper alternatives and seling the guitar for about £400. I think thats the only way you will get near £600 for it. I know the locking grovers are worth a few quid, ive been looking at them recently. |

£600 for a poorly-repaired neck break is ridiculous.

This is the problem with the secondhand market at the mo, just really silly stupid pricing. There are guys selling used Gibson SG's on Ebay for the same as a new one. Irrespective of the value of the dollar, we are in the worst recession since the 1930's. Everyone is announcing job cuts with about 10% of the overall workforce being shed.
For £600 I want a box fresh guitar with no issues and totally clean fretware. I've viewed no end of SG's recently and some of the stuff on the market is just ridiculous, to the point where I may as well buy an LP. ![]() |
