Have you got a pickguard on your RG already? If so buy a blank and get one cut using yours as a template.

Bottom line- It takes motor skills and practice to develop fast clean playing but a brain to use it wisely and rock guitarists are still recovering from the 80's.

I would not even attempt to cut a whole guard out, its vile stuff to work with. These guys might have exactly what you want:

http://www.cottamguitars.co.uk/

http://www.pickguardparadise.com/main.html

Have a look on the jemsite and Ibanezforum web sites as well, chances are a link for what you want will be there.

Well I personally wouldn't attempt it, but if your handy and have the tools maybe....but any decent guitar tech will do it for you. The links above, well I reckon coming from america they're gonna cost you more than a blank would cost after someone cuts it for you. But one way or another you'll get what you want!!
