Excuse my ignorance but is there a dead easy way to get tracks too or from a pc with this? For example my mate sends me .wav files as an attachment and i want to add my bit to them and send it back to him. If so I'll have it!!

I obviously know nothing about home recording so if its a dumb question apologies!

I believe you can, but have to admit I've not tried it. Seems to be covered on page 107 of the user manual 'Converting between track data and audio files'; which can be found in PDF format here ftp://ftp.roland.co.uk/productsuppor...MICROBR_OM.pdf.

If you're interested PM me. I'm going out for a bit but will check later.

I've got one and it comes with a USB cable to attach it to your computer and you see the memory card as a drive on your computer and can drag and drops files to and from it.
You can copy wav or mp3 files to it, it has an mp3 player built in with centre cancel and slow downer and you can copy wav files to any of the 4 tracks to use either as a backing track or as separate tracks (say you knock up your drums in Fruity Loops, you can import that as one track, someone records a bassline for you, you can import that as another track, etc)
And when you mix a track down and master it, the machine can save the final file as mp3 or wav and you can take it straight off the unit onto your computer, ready to upload

I could do the £95 for the stand alone unit, not extras. It will still be box as new though with all instructions, case etc.
Will need to check p&p costs though to see how much will cost to post.
Will check tomorrow and come back.
If you are interested pm me and we'll discuss more.
