Ok ive been trawling the interweb for weeks and despite numerous shops showing stock none of them actually have any - I dont think there are actually any for sale in the UK in a shop at the moment.
Ideally Im looking for a 5:50 express medium head but will consider a 5:25 dependent on price. What have you got guys...?? |

My local; they have a few Expresses in; they have a Medium head I think. Give them a call, ask for Phil, tell them Milo sent you He'll sort you out a nice price.

IMO, you should just go straight for the 5:50, it's heaps better. More expensive? Yes, but not much more.
If you can make the journey to York and actually go into MOR Music, Phil accepts trade ins too.

The long head will fit onto "proper" cabs.
Unless you've got something like a Marshall MG cab you'll be OK. I assure you that the head will reach you in the best of conditions Plus, if you buy it, I might get a chocolate bar off them when I go in on Saturday! LOLIf in doubt about size, it's 26 and a1/4 inches wide.

Hmm.
Personally I wouldn't care, the 5:50 is a fantasic amp, but obviously with your cab, aesthetically it's strange. What did they tell you on the phone? Price etc?
