Default laney amp

hey, i have been spending months and months now searching for an amp to purchase as my next baby. I have today stumbled across and tried a laney lc50 combo and was mightily impressed. I own a us strat and while the cleans are not fender crystal clear they are very good and the distortion was extremely sexy. Anybody have any experience of these amps??? Will it be gig worthy??

An LC50 is most probably a very fine amp.
I used a smaller LC15 for a while, and loved it.
I still do, but I've upgraded, and it needs new valves anyway.

And if you can manage to use standard English, so much the better

In that case you may want to buy it from here:

And tell me more about the clean channel, as I quite fancy one of these too.

Well, sit down my friend and allow me to elaborate. The clean is not fender deluxe standard but nevertheless i thought it was very nice. You get separate EQ strips for the two channels which is handy as well. It has a bright switch which gives some added sparkle. What I would say is the cleans are super, not fender but still better than i have came across from other amps, and the distortion gives you dirt that most other amps fail to do with single coil strats. I am told the amp responds well to pedals as well which is a plus.
