I bought this beauty for the equivalent of 400 uk pounds two days ago, its a Gibson Flying V in worn brown finish.

The previous owner had replaced the neck pickup with a GFS Mean 90 pickup but i also got the original 496R with the guitar, i will probably leave the P90 pickup in there since it sounds really good.

All in all a really nice Gibson for 400 pounds, not bad at all.

I wasnt sure about the colour either but it looks a lot better than i thought it would.

I might get it refinished in white though, or even pink come to think of it.

Good stuff.

I played Suit's new white V at the IGF, and liked it a whole lot more than I was expecting to.

There's no way I could ever, ever, EV-AR carry one off successfully though.

They're more Jonny Splittytrousers' territory.
