I'm thinking about trying out some cheap 12-stringers - any recommendations on at of below £200? Cheers

I'm on the lookout for one myself actually, and since I'd not trade my Tanglewood electro for anything (well, almost anything) I'll be looking at them first. Also Crafter and Yamaha, possibly.

Brunswick make some reasonably priced 12 strings, including electros, worth a look.

Vintage, i bought a 12 string one for roughly £120 a few years back and it is fantastic. utterly fantastic.
in fact after looking, its the vintage V400 12 string. Definatly worth every penny. |

Yamaha FG720-12 is very nice, bought one a few months ago and although it doesn't get used much, it is a fave of mine.

I dont remember the model number but before they made it a production model, crafter once put a pickup in a 12 string acoustic for me it was only one of their cheap ones and cos it had been setup by them when they fitted the pickup it was probably the best playing 12 string I have ever played, which upsets me that I dotn have it anymore, So I'd say Go crafter if ur on the cheap!
