Default wiring help please

i am moddin my stratolike and was wondering if someone could help me. i'm rubbish at understand things my the old circuit doesnt have this part so i dont know what is? apart from a ground?

where does figure 19 go to?
does it just screwed into the body?

Probably screwed into the body to ground the shielding.

cheers thankyou. still slightly unsure but am going to solder up the the rest and try and ask someone in the shop about the lug.
also if i have a metal scratch plate do i need to pput the shelding foil on it? and do i sheild the wood underneeth the pickgaurd?

Nah, if the scratchplate is metal then it doesn't need foil too. Yes, you'll need to shield the rest of the control cavity. www.guitarnuts.com has details.
