Carnival music?
Ok so my band have a gig in 2 weeks and it's an afternoon company do and their theme is "Carnival" .
They have asked if we could play some suitable music (which we have learnt) but they also want Carnival tracks played whilst we are not on stage ... I have Soul Limbo by Booker T and Hot hot hot by Arrow and some Cuban salsa stuff but have just run out of ideas . Suggestions please for the ultimate "Carnival" party cd thanks |

It's a nice faintly sinister carnival music. Well, there's more to it than that but what the hell.

Ska stuff would probably go down well - Guns of Navarone (Skatalites), Liquidator (Harry J & the All Stars) Return of Django (the Upsetters), Double Barrel (Dave & Ansel Collins)
How about some N'Awlins type stuff (Dr. John, Professor Longhair, The Meters) too?
