I'm in a good mood because today I picked up the masters for my band's (Nonstop Weekend) album!
![]() I've got to do some more vocals and overdubs before it's finished, but it's really close now. I've whacked up some rough mixes at www.myspace.com/scaramofo. "It's Good To Be Alive" and "Time Machine" are the new tracks. Time Machine will be much better when I finish the vocals... Currently there are no backing vocals and there's massive gap between the middle 8 and the last chorus where I haven't sung the last verse! |

Nice stuff Jonny. Time Machine would definitely benefit from some work on the vocals - maybe doubling them and adding some chorus might be an idea.

Its Good To Be Alive is my favourite so far - good time summer rock. Crying out for space-y flanged backing vocals in the chorus methinks, but thats just my opinion.
Great stuff! ![]()

Man, these are great. I could easily listen to this in the car. The second one has almost a beach boys touch to it. With a genesis style chord prog. Brilliant.
