One of the most readily levelled criticisms of the SG is that it's nek heavy and the headstock has a bad habbit of making a beeline for the Floor-ville followed shortly by Expensive Repair City...

The solution? Add motors to the headstock to make it EVEN heavier.

Explain!

Just put lead in the body

Have heard rumors of them trying to make "robot" a option on all models

One of the most common, and passionate requests that Gibson received after the debut of the Robot Les Paul, the world's first guitar with robotic technology, was for an SG sporting the revolutionary tuning automation.
Obviously untrue.

From the Gibson bumph that accompanies the Robot guitars, the tuners are actually lighter than the standard ones?

Believe it or not.

Its so all the emo kids who play SG's these days dont have one more thing to cry about (ie, out of tune guitars)
