Is that sugar mill built for tiny people or is this LARGE ISLAND, where the flowers are really big? Lmao!!

OK, here's some house pics. Lots of them seemed to just be propped up on single breeze blocks! You wouldn't want to be too heavy footed
These ones look as if they've been built a bit better though.![]() ![]() ![]() I'd say these represented the average house on Barbados. There are some big, fancy looking houses, but I suspect a good few of those don't belong to locals. Most hosues were small and a little ramshackle.

Many moons ago I spent a week in a St Lucian shanty town. Met a lovley girl at a reggae street party. The rest of the week was a haze of rum and weed. It was ace...
